Resignation Policy

Employees should be aware of the resignation policy; this policy is communicated at the time of joining, and it is a crucial aspect of the relationship between the company and its employees. Please note that the resignation must be submitted via email, and a hard copy must also be submitted at the office. If you leave your job immediately without resigning, the company will not be liable to make any payments. Additionally, the company may take legal action against you if necessary.

Notice Period

In accordance with government regulations, employees are required to complete the minimum 30-day notice period stipulated by the company. If you fail to complete the notice period, the company may withhold your payment or refuse to release you. If a dispute arises regarding payment or any other matter, and you take action without prior notice—such as by calling directly or visiting our site—the company will not tolerate it, especially if your conduct is inappropriate or the documentation is incomplete. In such a situation, the company will initiate legal action.

Termination Policy

This occurs when an employee is dismissed due to misconduct, poor performance, unauthorized absence, or other similar reasons that are not in the company's interest. In such cases, the company provides no benefits—not even salary or payment.

Leave Policy

If employees require leave, they must inform their supervisor or manager at least one week in advance; failure to do so will result in the company deducting an amount equivalent to double their salary. Emergency leave will be treated as medical leave, but employees will be required to submit documents such as a doctor's prescription, bills, and other relevant paperwork. If incorrect information is found or anything is obtained without disclosure, the company will terminate your service.

Salary & Wages

Our company's HR and managers handle the onboarding process and provide details regarding your salary. Salary payments are made only to a bank account registered in the name associated with your PAN card. If you encounter any issues or disputes regarding your salary, please email Hr.goodwill.co@gmail.com directly; you will receive a resolution via email within 24 hours. The timing and date of salary disbursement are determined by the HR and Field Officer, who will contact you by phone.

Salary date – 10th–15th; in case of a dispute – the 20th–25th.

Attendance Policy

Employees are required to keep a record of their attendance. There is only one way to mark attendance: via a QR code (online). The company generates a QR code for this purpose; ensure you mark your attendance twice a day—once in the morning and once in the evening. If you fail to mark your attendance, your salary for that day will be deducted. Record your attendance before starting work, and also record it before leaving after finishing work.
