Agreements & Policy for Our valuable Customers

Welcome to GOODWILL PROTECTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES COMPANY !

Our company provides excellent services to clients based on agreements and policies, fostering a strong business relationship between both parties. Agreements and policies are signed prior to the deployment of staff at your workplace. Should you require any information or have questions, please contact us at goodwill@contractor.net or Info@goodwill.net.in.

  • Renewal Services

If both parties continue to provide services, the contract term will be modified upon the expiration of the timeframe, in accordance with terms agreed upon by mutual consent. The contract term must be selected in years only; there is no option for days, weeks, or months.

  • Billing Details

Goodwill Company will prepare and send bills to clients on the first day of every month. Payment for the bill must be made to Goodwill Company within the first week of the same month. Clients must ensure that payment is made solely in the name of 'Goodwill Protection Management Services Company'. Payment methods: Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS.

  • Compliances & Taxes

Adherence to rules and tax-related obligations will be determined based on the agreement or mutual understanding reached between the two parties. In exchange for payments made by clients to Goodwill Company, the company will fulfill all necessary formalities and compliance requirements in accordance with government regulations and laws. Certain compliances mandated by the government include EPFO, ESIC, GSTIN, etc.

  • Termination Policy

Clients must ensure that the engagement termination process adheres to the 'termination policy' outlined in the signed agreement. In the event of an emergency, the client must provide a valid reason via email to Goodwill@contractor.net and Hr.goodwill.co@gmail.com; such cases will be considered on the same day, but all outstanding payments for work completed to date must be settled prior to terminating the service. If the method of termination was improper, no confirmation was sent, or the mandatory 30-day notice period stipulated in the agreement was not provided, legal action will be initiated against your company without delay. We demand compensation for the entire duration of the agreement. All related legal proceedings will be conducted in the Ghaziabad zone.

  • Notice Period

Both parties are required to provide a notice period of 30 days or more, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. If either party wishes to discontinue providing or receiving services, they must communicate this via email. Abrupt termination of services will not be entertained; however, termination by mutual consent may be considered, and no legal action will be taken in such cases.

  • Payroll & Employment

In accordance with Goodwill Company’s policies, terms, and code of conduct, all personnel deployed at your workplace or location are strictly on Goodwill Company’s payroll. No direct payments should be made to the employees; doing so will result in strict action by the company against both the employee and the client. Clients cannot directly place our employees on their own payroll. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that both parties work together based on mutual trust and good rapport.

  • Wage increase

Annual salary increments should be provided in accordance with government regulations. Our company policy allows for salary increments—whether 10% or otherwise—based on mutual agreement. To maintain the quality and significance of the work, we need to do something better for our employees.

  • Dispute & Misunderstanding

Disputes or misunderstandings in business should not be allowed to persist. If a problem arises, remember that the situation is temporary, not permanent; therefore, do not panic—instead, resolve it through dialogue and mutual understanding. First, identify the issues and clarify them internally; if handling them on your own is not possible, bring all concerned parties together to resolve the matter.

  • Attendance Policy

Employees are required to keep a record of their attendance. There is only one way to mark attendance: via a QR code (online). The company generates a QR code for this purpose; ensure you mark your attendance twice a day—once in the morning and once in the evening. If you fail to mark your attendance, your salary for that day will be deducted. Record your attendance before starting work, and also record it before leaving after finishing work.
